"Christian life coaching is teaching me the practical aspects outlined in Scripture regarding “the renewing of the mind”. From this coaching, I’m reminded of Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you’ll be able to test and improve what God‘s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Susan is helping me challenge my limiting beliefs and attempt to align them with biblical teaching, which is important to me. She uses nonjudgmental discussion, thought-provoking questions, and practical, relatable, and sometimes methodical methods. Each is aimed at helping me challenge my own thoughts and come to my own conclusions to further my journey toward change. What once felt elusive and contrary to my personality or upbringing, now feels possible and attainable. I’m thankful for this opportunity to grow."
